Organize and gather data (hard copies and/or digital content), establish file structures, and ensure information is captured and stored in locations accessible to authorized users.Use centralized and peripheral databases and records management systems.Create baseline Knowledge Management processes, taxonomy structures and architecture.
Other duties may be assigned to support client and contract deliverables. Occasional travel may be required (typically under 5%). This position is at a client site but may have an option for hybrid/remote work. The object of this project is to develop a historical library of the MBTS program (including the M1 Abrams and the Combat Recovery Systems Family of Vehicles.) This includes collecting and documenting all decisions that have been made since the inception of the program. This position will conduct analysis of and identify methods for aggregating knowledge for strategic plans through coordination with people, products, and process goal owners.
